“I love the abstract, delicate, profound, vague, voluptuously wordless sensation of living ecstatically.”
Do any of the following scenarios sound like you?
You were raised to think that sex is dirty, shameful, or taboo. You have never really connected to your desire. Or perhaps you have, but continue to feel conflicted about it.
You feel insecure about your body—the way it looks, smells, tastes, and feels. You compare yourself to other women and believe that others do too. Your lack of confidence holds you back.
You feel invisible to men. You don’t know how to flirt. You don’t feel sexy and desirable. You don’t really understand how this is supposed to work, what it should look like, how it should feel.
You don’t enjoy sex with your partner. You do things in bed that you would rather not, and don’t know how to ask for what you do want. Your fantasy life doesn’t match your reality.
Imagine finally coming to terms with your sexuality...
It’s complicated being a woman. You’re not alone. Every woman is sitting on one of the most powerful energy generators on the planet. It’s also one of the biggest holding areas of shame, insecurity, and self-doubt.
We are given little context for our identities as sexual creatures. And so we have become strangers to our own bodies—disoriented, disconnected, disassociated.
When we lose our sense of self in this way, we suffer in our relationships. We get angry; and we shut down. Our confidence takes a hit, along with our self-esteem, self-care, and our precious sex lives—the very thing that should be our source of power.
Here’s the thing: You deserve to feel vibrant, sexy, and alive. You deserve to have total sovereignty over your body and how you share it. You deserve to master the way your body works, how it feels, and how to communicate that to a partner.
FROM COCOON TO EMERGENCE
Imagine spending 12 weeks with a group of women, who feel like sisters, in a place that feels safe enough to express yourself fully, to explore the truth of who you are and what you feel. A space in which you are consistently met with compassion and curiosity. A circle of women all showing up powerfully and vulnerably to be witnessed and held in their personal metamorphosis.
The Holy Sexy You curriculum is divided into three modules, each four weeks in length. Integrity prepares you with foundational tools for doing deep work, covering topics like self-care, needs & boundaries, communication, and handling powerful emotions. Sexuality takes you deep into the psychology and trauma of your relationship with sex and your body. In this module we will both shift the way you think about sex and rewire the way your body experiences pleasure and sensation. Embodiment focuses on integrating the learning and constructing a framework for sustainable transformation.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
A new sense of self. Confidence. Ease. Emotional Independence. First hand knowledge of what you want from a lover and how to communicate that. The ability to receive pleasure. The courage to “let go”. You will also experience true sisterhood, and complete the program with new tribe of intimate friends.
HOW IT WORKS
The program runs for 12 consecutive weeks in December, January, February. Throughout the program, there is a weekly group Zoom call. Attending the live calls is encourages, but all calls are recorded and posted for your convenience. A beautifully designed workbook—containing information, instruction, practices, and homework—guides you through the program. You are carefully matched with a “soul sister” for additional support and camaraderie along the way.

“HOLY SEXY YOU didn’t just help me to have functional sex, it led me back into my own body, taught me to see the beauty in myself and others, and provided a whole framework of healing and self-esteem to fall back on, well after the program ended. I came to this program to heal my sexuality—which I thought was broken. What I came away with was the knowing that it’s my sexuality—which isn’t broken at all—that heals the rest of me.
I simply could not have done this work alone, and I will forever be deeply grateful for having found Zoë and HOLY SEXY YOU.”
