“Sometimes I get real lonely sleeping with you.”

Haruki Murakami, A Wild Sheep Chase

Every couple has something about their sex life that they’d like to change. Some know exactly what they are struggling with. For some it’s a vague sense that there could be more. We are conditioned to believe that sex is something we don’t talk about. And with pornography as the de facto sex education, we are marginally informed about our own bodies and each others, and how to come together in a way that is deeply nourishing for both partners.

Radical Intimacy breaks it all down in a six-week journey into the nature of intimacy, our bodies as instruments of pleasure and sensation, the art of creating safety and cultivating arousal, and the magical superpower that will catapult you into a whole new stratosphere of shared ecstasy and connection.

Fully self-guided, you can work your way through the program at your own pace, in the privacy of your home, over and over again as needed and desired.

Six Modules in Six Weeks:

We long for a certain experience of sex and relationship but can’t necessarily imagine how to get there. In this module we will deconstruct the three kinds of intimacy and look at how they intersect with the three levels of intimacy. We will explore what it means to create safety, cultivate trust, and to give and receive consent. This first module will help you to set a foundation for intimacy with each other by showing you how to be more intimate with yourselves.

Feeling Energy

What we commonly refer to as sexual energy is actually creative life force, also known as qi or shakti. Mastering this energy means we are able to increase our capacity to hold a charge. In this module, we will explore the nature of this energy and how it manifests in the body. Through a series of guided exercises and practices, you will learn to cultivate, manage, and manipulate arousal and sensation.

Handling Emotion

We are conditioned to believe that an emotional connection is a necessary ingredient of great sex, especially for women. In this context, energy is often misunderstood to be emotion, but the two are not one and the same. In this module we will discuss the nature of emotion, how to handle it, draw distinctions that will serve as the foundation of emotional independence, authenticity, and ultimately availability.

The Whole Woman

Women’s sexuality in all it’s brilliance and complexity is perhaps the most misunderstood part of the whole equation. With pornography as the de facto sex education in this country, both women and men have a very narrow and often skewed view of a woman’s body and how it responds to sexual stimulus. This module is part anatomy lesson and part tactical guide to creating an unprecedented level of soul-shaking pleasure.

The WHole Man

The myth is that men are simple and easy to please. While there may be some truth to this, there are many opportunities to stretch into new territory where arousal and pleasure are concerned. In this module, we will explore the fullness of the male instrument of pleasure and sensation, including external and internal stimulation of the prostate gland, also known as the male G-spot, what to do with his testicles, and how to gain more control over ejaculation.

Synthesizing radical intimacy is both an art and a a science. In this module, we will lean into the experiential learning from the previous five weeks and review our journey through the lens of embodiment and sustainability.  Through careful orchestration of all the parts of intimacy—physical, emotional, and energetic, with self, another, and with the universe—you will create a personal plan with tools to execute it.
